yeh the pink grips rock hahahaha i told my daughter to shift outa the way and as per normal she ignored me fully quin i'l let you know on the smarts tommorow i have a special place close to my heart were i last came off due to naff tyres on my dawes team edge it will be interesting to see how these perform as there reviews have been less than sparkling on some sites
The smart sam's are more of a trail tyre, fast rolling and fine on fire roads and easy stuff but don't have the grip on anything more. Would probably be good as an off road touring tyre where you are unlikely to be hitting more difficult terrain.
Well first time out today on it nothing to over the top just some easy trails for my old bones the tyres held there own most of the time although they did loose traction in deeper muddy sections but uphill dry tracks they did there job i had no problems with grip to be honest,i was only out for 2 hours and all in all the bike has a responsive light feel to it with plenty of travel upfront for the trails i went on today for 600 quid and the spec you get i think the cube acid has proved its worth today for the budget xc rider looking for a weekend thrill
