Hi All,

Decided in my mid forties to get back into MTB after a 15 year layoff.

Must be mad ! 

I don't think there has been a word invented yet to describe how unfit I feel but I am willing to stick with it !

Decided to join bike magic 'finally' as everyone seems friendly and helpful.

Hope so, as I will need various bits of advice to get my overall knowledge back to a decent standard.
