Hey Folks,
Just to let you know I've been on my road bike since D-Day + 2 weeks and MTBing (XC) from D-Day + 5/6 Weeks ish. Now 9 Weeks in and am pretty much recovered; dull aching/bit of pain at the end of the day but not much worse. It does, however sound awful-like a knocking rear swingarm!!!
Am away a month so will keep me away from my bike however I'll be looking to hit Lekkie on return and yes, I'll be going straight for that jump!
