There is a certainly a link as the customer service person is managed by someone at S&R.
There is always likely to be problems with shops and services, the main way to judge companies is how they react when they ocour.
Nobody at cyclesurgery responded to my calls or letters or emails without me calling them and trying to get them to fix a problem they had caused, until I copied an email to trading standards, at that point I got the call from the man at Snow and Rock
I will follow up contact with trading standards when I get some time
Anyone know any good forums to post on to draw more attention to these clowns?
