Long route home followed by an alfresco swifty and blatant clam-ogling at the local.

..and a quick spin on the mtb of course. Be rude to waste all this light.

My ride in this morning was lovely, I added a little loop in to get to 25 miles.  I reckon a good 35 on the way home is on the cards.  I won't be venturing in any pubs though.  The road kit gets some very funny looks.

I won't be lycra'd-up, well not on the outside anyway.

Are you actually insane, as in properly fruity-looped?

My 2.5 miles either way is enough thank you very much...

I find 10 x 10 mile commuting runs a week is plenty for me, what with the work bit in between.

I managed to sweat off over half a stone on this mornings ride (with drinking 2 litres of water) you couldn't stop in the sun it was like frying in your own sweat

Not insane no.  I just really enjoy riding my bike and when the sun is shining it adds another level of pleasure.

At least you had water Klunk.  I forgot mine this morning

No sun on my way in this morning, just unrelenting humidity.

On the short section where I have to use the train I was merrily dripping sweat all over the floor after hammering the 10 miles previous due to realising I was late leaving home.

I was glad to get off the train and back on my bike for the final bit, going to get the ferry home as its much nicer in good weather, does mean a longer ride but as Mister Bump said its silly to waste good weather

We would be moaning like a bunch of old women if it was cold and wet.
