Are they any good? last time i was looking at the lower levels of fork it was always marz mx's so are the tora's any cop?

They're really rather good, stong and plush. They weigh about 80kg though.

Plush but as heavy as me (actually about 5lbs ish...same as my fox 36) .... still,  can't go wrong for 150 notes or whatever they are...

Work well, tough and reliable but weigh loads. Smooth - coil sprung. If you want lighter/air, Recons well worth a try. Got a short head tube on your frame? Merlin selling Rebas and Revos cheap with 185 mm steerer lengths at present.

I have a set of 100mm Recon SLs with less than two months on them. Uncut steerer. Bought in March, used April-May in the Highlands, sitting in my sister's attic for the last two months. I'm off on the bike for a few weeks tomorrow, maybe 3 weeks, but could sell on my return if you're interested.
