Hi Guys,

We are struggling for sign ups for our September Sea2Sea ride. It's a charity event raising money for Sustrans with no minimum sponsorship, our support vehicles are tour buses (like a real rock band!!!) there is an on road and an off road group and it is LOADS of fun

The web address is http://charityadventure.org.uk/sea2sea2009.aspx

If you fancy joining us for a weekend of mayhem please drop me a line.

Cheers

Gin

Maybe you need to try the Match.com method by telling everyone that the ride currently has too many hot women signed up!!

Liar, though I was chatting to a rather charming lady on the weekend pig tails and everything.

Good point, I might have to do that! Seriously tho there are 7 women and 1 bloke signed up this year... And I for one require some manly men to help carry my pint

Maybe that's the real challenge, signing up men to the rest of the places!

You mean you require men to *buy* you some pints surely????!

It's almost 10 girls and 1 bloke now (plus a couple of male ride guides I might add - ahem!!!). I'm liking these odds, haha!!

Oops, what I meant to say was that... errrrm..... well.....

hmmmmmmmm Don't you worry, I will get these odds changed if it kills me!!!!

Wish I could do this and the d2d ride but they're less than two weeks apart. Sounds like you have enough ladies already though!! Good luck with the event! x

THe odds are creeping up! 2 more guys signed up.... Anymore of you on here up for the challenge? Its a great weekend and all for a great cause. The tour buses alone are worth doing the trip!

I am sooo excited already  xx

I'm happy to announce that there are actually 11 girls to only 7 guys lol

Gaaaarh!!!

We now have one remaining space on the Sea2Sea event taking place on Sept 11-13th.

Thankfully it's a bloke that's dropped out, so if no-one replaces him the odds have just got a little better at 11 girls to only 6 guys!!

If anyone's interested in taking part in this please get in touch with me.

It's raising money for Sustrans, no minimum sponsorship requirement, £30 entry fee and £125 for the transport and accommodation (18-berth rock tour bus from Castleford on the Thursday evening departing at 8pm, beers provided!) which includes breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and lunch on Friday at the Whinlatter Siskins Cafe.

Craz.

Space filled, and I'm pleased to note that it's by a fair maiden
