Does anyone know if there is any lift accessed or uplift assisted downhill bike park or natural trails to be had in the Massif Central France?

 Can anyone recommend a resort or a holiday company?

I think you might be confusing the grande massiff (samoens/flaine etc) in the alps with the massif central. They are a long way apart. 

That depends what you call a long way apart, they are closer to each other than either is to me

There are a few natural trails listed on this site  http://www.gps-tour.info, but not many.

edit: and they are not downhill, so not a lot of help really.

Not sure about massif central, there are quite a few ski resorts tucked away but very few that operate in summer. Might be an excuse to get into the old fashioned "riding uphill?"

Are you based in the area? I live further south but will be working near Laguiole quite a bit this winter.
