There must be money in drawing pictures, if your going down under, to have your teeth done, dont you trust the NHS, in the UK.

Well, that was fun! A 3 hour operation passed in what seemed like about 3 seconds. No ill effects just fatigue for 48 hours following the op. The procedure performed was septorhinoplasty, a mix of functional and cosmetic surgery which was conducted by an ENT surgeon, not a plastic surgeon. Basically my beak was a mess - one airway was completed blocked and the other severely restricted. The cartlidge on the tip of my nose was also split, resulting in a well defined external cleft running down the centre of my nose. I had bone fractured and cartilage modified and shifted to improve airflow and make my conk look slightly less weird. I'm amazed at the complete lack of pain - just feels like I've got a heavy cold.

But you now look like Barry Manilow.

I believe they all just sit on his face - mostly to stop him from singing.
