I checked the pictures out last night.  The lake jump looks excellent.  Reminds me of doing it as a kid with my bmx.  It looks very very family orientated which is a great marketing ploy.

Sounds like you had a good event which if you decide to do it again will get even better.

Just a suggestion (A bit more pleasant than others have pointed out).  Contact Mike D on this site and budget for advertising on the top page and on STW.  I reckon the costs will easily be outweighed by the extra people coming because they havent seen so many stealth threads about it.  That way you win and dont get slagged off.  You will also find that next year the people that went this year do a lot of the advertising for you by asking quaestions.  You cant be flamed for that.

Now if it was only a LOT further north i would be making a date in my diary for next year.  Well done lads
