Hey guys. My name's Paul and I've just moved to cornwall from Ireland. Working in a bike shop over here and want to get doing some regular road Ks. Starting tomorrow morning will be doing a weekly 100k or so ride on sundays then branch out to some evening road work too. If you're keen will be meeting at The bike barn, portreath at 7am Sunday, and head back after for a pasty and pint at the bike shop.

Sure we could work out some kind of deal 2 of us went out this morning, nice little spi. Best way to get in shape for  XC races guys! Same time next week
