I have a truvativ firex crank on my bike. After approx 2,000 miles, the chainrings are looking a bit worn. I think it might be making the chain skip a bit, either that or my poor adjustment of gears.

Can I replace the chainrings individually (and is it worth it)? I see you can get the whole crank, with new chainrings and bb for £40 from crc and I am sure all the chainrings would cost more than that, judging from Shimano ones that I have seen online. I couldn't see any truvativ ones advertised online.
