Stripped naked

Hi chaps and chapesses,

If i strip a frame back with nitromorse and leave it naked aluminuim what will the long term effects be, apart from a scratched frame?

It will generally aquire  a bloom a dulling of the surface, also greasy hand prionts may show, if someone has the black touch, the oil in their hands turns metal black.

You'd have to have it laquered. You could do it yourself but it's pretty nasty stuff so do it outside and wear a mask if you go ahead with it.
