I would go for the hope ceramic, it looks like you need to buy the injector tool to get full benefit from the ck ones, I also think you need their own installation tool, I don't think a standard one will do (but I could be wrong).

Although shimano XT probably gives best value for money.

Got a hope one that's lasted pretty well (18 months), better than shimano have so far (~9 months).

Got an XT & an SLX that are both running smooth after 2 & 1 years respectively.  LBS reckon it's more to do with how the BB is installed than conditions etc.

The CK ones do come with a 5 year warranty though....

dk i  sent my old bearing cups to BETD they replaced them with their bearings and they have  lasted about 2 and a half years

My SSC lasted 4wks - Shimano HTII replacement still smooth 8 months on.

Shimano HTII - 18months and still smooth

Shimano XT Octalink - 2yrs and still smooth/no play.

Couple of mates swear by Hopes, mind.
