I'm a new member to the site, so first of all..Hello to all members , right okey dokey, I have a question which I would like pitch to all of you good people concerning a mountain bike i took ownership of from a relative some time ago, it is an Apollo Kalumunda, ok no biggie I thought it's not a bike i use, my bike is a Marin bear valley, anyway, on one of the odd occasions I was using the Apollo I was approached by a fellow cyclist, a keen one I might add, had all the kit etc, who upon catching sight of the bike exclaimed "WOW!... An Apollo Kalamunda, somewhat bemused by his outburst, I enquired "What's so special about it? he then somewhat ferverishly informed myself that it was an extremely rare machine in this colour blue and that it was one of a special order of only 200 for an American retailer, and that the order was cancelled or not completed for some reason, and that it was possably worth significant bucks. OK so was this guy right, or was he simply an intense, but well meaning fellow cyclist who had something a little stronger than water in his water bottle!!

sorry 'bout the novel but this has been doing my head in for sometime now, I've had no luck finding info on the net, please if any of you wise and well informed people Know anything, I'd really appreciate some info'

Thanks Steve Micheu de Dubois
