Hi,

Having decided to do away with my cheap front disc brake and fit v-brakes, I now have the  problem of not being able to find anywhere to buy the mounts (little rods to put v-brakes on to). I have the facility to fit them on the forks which currently have little plastic bits in their place.

 Does anyone know where I can buy these? I have asked in all the local bike shops if they have any spares but none do.

I also forgot to say the forks are SR Suntour MG 70. They are quite old now.

Give them a ring, they will be able to tell you if they are available and although they wont be able to sell to you direct, they will be able to point you to shop that can.
