We will be creating a new Freeride / DH Bike park in Kaprun, Austria in Summer 2010 and are currently looking for a Trail designer/builder to plan and co-ordinate the project.

Kaprun was the host to the 2002 World Cup downhill event, however since then there has been no further development. With Bike parks such as Leogang & Wagrain becomming so popular, Kaprun has fallen behind and now wishes to regain its status as one of the best places to freeride in Europe.

Details are obviously in the very early stages. However, the local council have agreed the project requires a dedicated designer with previous design/building experience. We already have multiple Gondola's in place for an uplift service. Planing is to begin immediately!! The role will require complete design of the trail, plus full budgetry planning. The trail will start at over 2400 metres, dropping to just over 700 metres.

Salary, flights to & from the UK, accommodation in Kaprun, use of mountain bikes from Graviti Bike hire would all be included in the package..
