Just done a quick 25 mile ride on the roadie, it is freakin' windy. Lean into the side wind windy, to avoid being blown off, if you know what I mean.

Did 2hrs tempo o nthe road bike this morning, nasty headwind on the way out, quite bad in places but nice turning round with a tail wind for the return leg.

Took one look at the sea yesterday and decided that my survival time would have been measured in minutes and quietly put the board back in the car.

Today however was brilliant, 6ft ish messy and onshore but by God was it fun!
