I Assume you mean you don't want clicky-stuck-on-the-bike-fall-over-at-lights pedals Brierlj. If you want cheap then the DMR V8s are about the cheapest that are grippy dry or wet. People suggest the Welgo equivalent but I found the pins slippery in the wet.
