I am running a rock shox SID XC air shock and keep losing the -ative air it also looks like the piston is wearing on one side (shouldnt do that me thinks)

the shock is about 12mnth old

firstly
anyone know how to prevent the air loss

second
what would be a straight replacement

its fitted to a GIANT XCX DS1

if i knew how to up load pictures i would but so if any one knows haow that would help

I dont know how to prevent the air loss- perhaps the seals have gone?

I'd suggest a Fox RP3 or if you want to splash out, a DT Swiss shock as a replacement. I'd say your best bet is the Fox.
