One choice would be for Kuwait to Annex Southern Iraq and all the Shi'ites, oilfields etc. The Kurds can have the North section and then the rest can fight amongst themselves....

the thing about the 9/11 conspiracy is that if it was it was very, very convincing. if they could convince us of that then why didnt they go to the same length to bluff us into believing they found WMDs.
