Mono M4 - lazy pistons?

I've just fitted mono m4's front and back and find that two of the pistons (inside) aren't moving as much as the outers. It's causing drag.
Is this a problem that'll resolve itself after a few rides (unridden as yet) or should I resort to spannerin?
I've previously used the c2 closed system where any slight drag could be dialed out but the m4's are an open type.
Any ideas peeps?

I've just had a butchers at the manual and it suggested holding back the active pads whilst pressing the lever.
I'll give this a go tonight unless any has any words of wisdom.

Had the same problem myself. Tried lots of tinkering until I did what it said in the manual. It worked a treat, but it took a couple of goes.

Okay, I'll give it a go and see if it improves after a few rides.
Gotta get them pads bedded in too.

Yup, a fiddle with a couple tyre levers seems to have "activated" the lazy blighters. Thanx.
