Yeah, old school. On go the old style Hopes (when the only made one type of brake) Mounted on the old three piece hubs, built into Mavic 231's. I'm running XC pro Thumbshifters and I've got a '93 XTR rear mech somewhere.

Might not bother with the flat bar, 150mm stem and purple ally bolts though.

I have got a pair of michelin transalps here, same tread as the current Comp tyres, but 13 years old.
