Just got them on my New full sus they have slightly more flex then the hollow tech II LX on my hard tail but im unsure if its the full sus giving me that feeling. I have had no problems with the bairings yet (had a about a month) there is a removable seal that you pack with grease to keep the water away from the sealed cartridge bairings all in all im quite happy with them.
the tools to fit are a 16mm alan key for the self extracting cap a 8mm for the single crank bolt and a hollow tech II style BB spanner
No it works like a cross between a squair taper and splined, you put the 8mm bolt in to the Left hand crank first and screw ito ontothe fized righthand crank axle then put the 16 mm over the top of the 8mm bolt. The spline is tapered very slightly so you just wind it on with the 8mm, The 16mm hollow bolt is there to enable you to remove the crank. Once its in place to remove the crank you just undo the 8mm which pushes aginst the 16mm cap and it pulls itself off
