I'm thinking of selling my bike (two kids, long hours, have another bike I can ride, etc), but I'm not sure how much to ask for it. The spec is below and it's in almost mint condition (ridden perhaps 100 miles).
Turner Burner (Large, Black, 2004 (bought in Feb 05), Manitou 3 way air shock). 05 Fox TALAS RLC. XT drivetrain. Hope M4 front, mono mini rear brakes with braided hoses and floating rotors. Hope XC hubs on Mavic XM321 rims with SAPIM black spokes. Thomson post and stem. Easton carbon bars. Chris King headset. Hope seat clamp. WTB Pure V seat. ODI lock-on grips. Panaracer Cinder tyres.
All the Hope stuff is Gunmetal.
I don't ride it as often as it deserves and I'm not sure what to reasonably ask for it. If it's not worth a fair return then I'll keep it, but I can't help thinking that someone else could be getting better use out of it.
otherwise your going to be left with a bike that you can't ride, when i sold my last bike i sold the wheels first then it was a while beofre i got around to flogging the rest was a little annoying as it was there but unrideable. if like kato it takes a while to shift the frame at least youve still got an operational bike.
