Just bought myself a Tacx turbo trainer. Whilst just spinning away on it seems to be doing the trick I was wondering if anyone here has a program for training on them? Something like spin for 5 mins, sprint for 1 min. Repeat till knackered???
The manual takes you through training for different aims such as endurance, speed, sprinting and hill climbing so would fit teh bill for you nicely I'd say
if i start watching one and a half hours of lance armstrong waffling on whilst on the turbo i may do myself an injury falling asleep and chinning myself on the stem.
maybe what i need is a dvd of about the same amount of time with lots of fit naked ladies running down a beach saying 'chase me, chase me!' - that would keep me interested. cycling may be difficult then though.
