Hi all,

looking for some advice if possible please. I am looking to buy the above cleat pedals as i get alot of foot pain using my current ones. A friend says he thinks it is the lack of a cage around the cleat itself.

Has anyone used the above and if so what are they like. Price is what has attracted me to the above.

are you riding spd's at the moment? i find different pedals and shoes can create foot pain.

yeah i have spd's at the moment, with nike shoes, i think it is lack of support on my footand the spds i have are quite small

I used to get foot pain when using crank bros candy's or eggbeaters.

I`ve used m424s for the last year and they`ve been great,though for some reason the l/h pedal sometimes creaks on one side,stops if I flip it over and clip in on the other side.
Certainly had no foot pain,once I`d got the cleats properly centred under the balls of my feet.
