You actually escorted Mike around hey, shame I had to work :( I'd been cancelling the 1 client for 3months area so had to really.

Yea, as usual I'd not planned a route but managed to come up with a 3 hour loop. A hilly and boggy struggle in places, not for Mike, it seemed ;) but, other than that, it was very enjoyable - and no trail was used twice.

Forget the Wyre forest at the moment, Sprok 6inches of mud on all the single track with 2inches of leaves rotting away on top, makes any fun impossible :(
