Been away from my bike for a bit so not really up to date with what is about at the moment.
I'm after a helmet mounted light that takes standard batterys and doesn't cost a fortune.
Is there anything better than this for the money?

Silva L1 it's a normal headmounted none cycle torch, but very bright run on 4 AA's ( 4hour run time ) or 4C's in a pack in your rucksack 12 hour run time. 3Watt SLED.


Also a 5watt £100 rechargeable version that'll run for 6hours on full power and be useable on 1/2 power most of the time I bet, so 10hours all in, which is enough for anyone really.

Ding, I'm not unhappy just confused by your post, if you'd typed half a dozen words to explain then your thread would have made sense. But thanks for the thought.
