Help me!

I have been reading, thread after thread on differnt biking websites and I still cant make my mind up. So I have managed to narrow it down to two lights

The Exposure Race Turbo Lithium Ion

or

The Light and Motion ARC NiMH

I am liking the idea of the Exposure Race Turbo Lithium Ion due to the no wires thing.
