on one midges. Fecking amazing bars, tried ordinary  roadie bars (44cm) and felt too narrow  and cramped. Switched to these and they're great! 50 cm  end  c to c and the drop  is very shallow, rides ace! The avid road cable discs are a bit shite compared to the hope 205mm etc but I have a 185m disc on the front so we're getting there.

Anyway picking up a new trek EX8 demo model in 2 hours time, to thrash the pants off around the wyre tonight, so that balances out the 'cross/ pain/ suffering' tendanices.
