which means that when i get cold , the circulation stops to the ends of my fingers and toes and spreads up my legs, wearing gloves doesnt seem to work that well, basicly my fingers just go blue and then white, and the sensation stops, ive cut my hands a few times and not known till i see blood.

Have to put my hands under a cold tap to get them working again and get pain in them as the circulation comes back.

Any advice please.

gloves wise the ones that put your fingers together like your doing the vulcan finger thing, look in hein gericke if you cant find them in your lbs or on the web, there for motorbikes but there good i have a large pair and wear a thin pair of thermal liner gloves under them, even on like 130 mile sub zero motorbike rides they stay warm and im not doing anything then

Would agree with the liners, they do them for skiing, often made of silk so don't become too bulky but with some kind of thicker winter glove, probably a good idea to get a windproof one as well they should hopefully help.

Mothers got the same problem, buy some proper warm gloves and go to the doctors who will probs say something along the lines of an asprin a day as they help the circulation!

Hope it helps!

I bought some of these. They are amazing, waterproof, warm and come with a mini detachable gator. Very comfy and lightweight for a boot. Not cheap like.

Motorbike gloves,  the heated sort a 12V Motorbike cheap battery and a charger is likely your ownly solution.

Some of those Microwave Gel warmth packs might work to.

Just keep warming your hands with either frequently.

Remember most of your hands heat loss is actually from your wrist, as the veins are closer to the surface there,  so wrist warmers will also help.

Don't wear anything tight SB,  it'll restrict your blood flow even more.

Wear a good warm hat aswell,  most of the bodys heat is lost through the head doesn't really matter where it's lost as it'll still affect your hands and circulation.

SB have you tried any of the natural vascular dilators, lots advertised don't know how effective they are. Ive always been sceptical about taking supplements but after 2 months of using Glucosamine the pain in my joints has gone away, use to suffer terribly with painful finger joints especially right hand braking finger.

I was wondering if there was anything to thin the blood to improve circulation,  Aspirin thins the blood doesn't it ???  take 1 or 2 of those before you go outside.

I suffer from band hand circulation,  but not that bad so always wondered myself.
