I am looking for some flat cage-type pedals for commuting, but rather than buying a new pair every year I would prefer it if they could be taken apart/rebuilt. Unfortunately, the only pedals I have seen where you can do this are one-sided, designed for use with toe-clips (e.g. MKS LUX COMP http://www.cycleworld.co.uk/product/12718/MKS_Lux_Comp_Pedals). Does anyone know of any rebuildable double sided pedals, and if so where are they available? I suppose if I can't find any I could always go for some DMR V8's, but surely such a thing exists!? Or am I just being dim?
