Rebuilding a bike through popular opinion, experimentation, price points, experience and bargains. So all advice, opinions and experience of others makes the whole scheme more solid with less costly mistakes of buying duff stuff.
You'll probably never need to use the warranty on Easton Carbon bars anyway so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
FWIW I use lock-ons on my EC70s and I used 'em on the EC70's I had before that too with absolutely no problem. And they took a hammering. I'm currently using NC-17 grips which I love. But you won't go far wrong with ODI Ruffians. They rock.

I went through a small fortune on grips, spesh, odi you name I tried them all but there was always something about them that made me continue my search. The search is over, these are far more comfortable, offer a better grip and once they are on they don't move
ps any one want some cheap, lightly used second hand grips ?
