I notice a lot of events don't get a mention on here so I thought I'd point out that the Exmoor Explorer takes place on the Sunday 3rd Aug at Wheddon Cross near Minehead, Somerset. I've never done this before but I read about it in Singletrack and it looks great. I have ridden some trails in the area and was impressed. I'm signed up with my bruv and another mate. There's a choice of 25 or 40 mile route.

If anyone on here as done this event, then let's hear your experiences.

Did it back in 2006, quality time was had by all, can sometimes be frustrating if you are of the faster breed on the downs but over all a superb day riding some quality trails.
