38.2mm seatpost clamp, do they exist?

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a 38.2mm seatpost clamp for my scott scale 30?  The standard issue Scott one isn't the best.

.3 of a mm shouldn't make that much difference. The seat tube diameter on my old frame measured 29.4mm and I used a 30mm clamp with no probs!

As long as its an Aluminium or steel frame it should be ok, I would stick to the exact size on a carbon frame.

Yeah, the frame is carbon.  So the question still stands, I looked Chain Reaction and Wiggle with no luck.  Any other ideas????
