Reminds me of joke which I shall retell badly here:

Bloke see's a diet 10lbs in week diet so he enquires the day after a buxom blond arrives at his door and explains if she can catch him she is his for the night to do anything he wants then starts running he tries to catch her but never does.

This happens each day and by the end of the week he's lost 15lbs

The nest week he enlists on the 20lbs in a week diet where the most beautiful woman he's ever seen turns up at his door and like before runs off though he never catches her this week he lost nearly 30lbs.

So the next week he decides he wants to see what the 30lbs in a week diet is.

The next day a 6ft tall ripped guy in tight shorts and a pink vest arrives that door and explains if I catch you you're all mine...he lost nearly 60lbs that week

Is it just my regional IP or does everybody get the ads on BM that tell us we have fat guts and how to lose them? I'd like to see the company meet its claims with Mike Davis, and sue them if they don't.

If Mike was to lose weight he could hide behind a pair of chopsticks.

Don't banannas have an unusually high content of something meaning if you eat too many you get poisoned?

"The normal level of potassium in the bloodstream is in the range of 3.5-5.0 mM, while levels of 6.3-8.0 mM (severe hyperkalemia) result in cardiac arrhythmias or even death due to cardiac arrest. Potassium is potentially quite toxic, however toxicity or death due to potassium poisoning is usually prevented because of the vomiting reflex. The consumption of food results in mild increases in the concentration of potassium in the bloodstream, but levels of potassium do not become toxic because of the uptake of potassium by various cells of the body, as well as by the action of the kidneys transferring the potassium ions from the blood to the urine. The body's regulatory mechanisms can easily be overwhelmed, however, when potassium chloride is injected intravenously, as high doses of injected potassium can easily result in death."

No, it's utilising the latest google gut search view technolgy, targeting at YOU alone John.

I believe around 5-6 bananas daily is the meant to be an 'acceptable' amount. Unless you are a monkey. There is no scientific basis for this fact though.

I usually have 3 - brekkie, elevenses and mid-afternoon. The 1 hour gym sessions before work might be helping too

LOL, I'm getting Virgin offering me amazingly fast broadband, they'd have a job as we don't have cable here!
