Hi,

I have recently got back into cycling, and will be commuting to work as of next week. With the darker nights drawing in i thought i better get the lights out again.

Unfortunatly i seem to have misplaced the charger for my set of knightlites. i think they are the Adventure 2200 5W/10W, but im not sure as i brought them about 3 years ago!

I cant seem to find any contact information for the company so i can find out if i can replace the chrger?

Does anybody have any ideas? Or even a old charger for a old set that i could buy?

Thanks

Matt

Hi Matt,

You may be in luck! I have a set of knightlite 5w/10w that I bought a few years ago. I have now moved on to the fantastic Hope Vision 4 (I ride at night twice a week). Ive found the charger which is 3 pin plug in with a very narrow socket on the end. The battery is about 150mm long & 50mm wide & curved to kit the top tube & is held in place with a velcro strap (which I want to keep). I also have the two lights marked Knightlite. I've just puged it in & charged the battery for an hour & it seems to work OK. I have robbed bits off the quick release bar mouting brackets to make some' custom' brackets on various other lights I have.

So, I have 1 x charger, ! x Battery (less velcro strap), 2 x lights (missing bits from quick release brackets).

If this sounds like the one you have you can have the lot for a minimal donation to my bike fund ( enough to cover the postage and a couple off apre night ride stellas!) You can collect if local, I'm in Amersham, Bucks but also work near Basildon in Essex a couple of times a week.

Let me know,

Johnny P.
