Oh, do you know nothing?

Whenever people compliment Hope's customer service someone makes out nothing should have gone wrong in the first place.

So this time I reckon Hope stole your charger and thus felt obliged to replace it.

IMHO Hope are a company that produce top quality stuff, biggest disappointment is I cant afford all of their stuff, but I'm getting there.

I think they make good bearings etc, but personally, I think their brakes are shit.

When did you last have some Hope brakes ?

If you are using them and have been made in the last 3 years and are shit, youve set em up wrong.

The disks are crap, poor level of friction, run hope brakes on better disks and they are great.

What do you use then MSP as my Hope M4s are better than anything I've tried from Shimano Hayes or Avid [not yet tried the Formula Brakes] .

I have m4's on one bike, and mono mini's on the other.

I wasn't impressed with the m4's at first, and bought the supposedly great formula "the ones" but they were crap. So I stuck the m4's back on with the formula rotors and they were just a revelation.

So suitably impressed that I then got the mini's for my other bike, and would now like to get another set, not sure of the tech levers though, I would prefer the mono style levers.

I want some new hope brakes, have mono's and now minis just need to save up the huge layout for the x2's next year.

Agree on the rotor thing, the old mini discs I have are a bit rubbish...on deore LX discs they were blinding....not tried the new floating ones though

Bruv and I have been very plesed with the Minis. Pretty much trouble free compare with Hayes and Maguras we've had before.

Evening all,

Oh dear Rossie lad, English not your first language, or just not your favorite lesson at school?

My post was clearly an example of irony not sarcasm, I have always found Hope equipment and service excellent, hence my defence of them.

Next time I'll keep it simple, I wouldn't want to get called a prick again.

Ps. Next time could your swear at me in lower case? CAPITALS are so loud old boy.

Chin chin.
