I first saw an overbury's pioneer back in 89, my mate had bought one with a full campagnolo euclid groupset. He told me he still had the frame and forks twenty years on,in his loft and we did a deal for my old playstation 2 in exchange. I've managed to aquire Campy NOS euclid U brakes, BB and hubs and recently found a short cage mech on e-bay, the missus thinks i'm nuts, but its become my project bike, its got the original "springy" forks in columbus tube but i'm thinking of getting a straight pair made, as i saw one in the early 90's and i really liked it. |
