Message: You'll find most people will say the one they own is the best to buy(I'm guilty of it as well), so it's not really a good indication of how good that particular one is.

Pick bikes that you like the look of and have a test ride on each one to see which you prefer.

All the big names(Spesh,Giant,Marin, etc, etc.....)build decent bikes so just pick the one you think feels the best.They nearly all come with the same kit nowadays anyway,Hope brakes, Fox forks & the like.

Who is & who can really justify spending the daft sums of money that we do on bikes,but we do because we can.
