Message:	Yep, got it in a vice and it popped straight out...good tip using the frame as a lever. The entire bike is now in bits, for a full on strip down and rebuild....even down to a new paint job! I'm terrified of what will happen when I take apart the brakes. but the lot needs cleaning. can you get individual xtr cassette rings? only on or two are looking a little rough.
