Message:	My 65 yr old dad had a nasty crash like that. He was testing his new V-Brakes going down a steep hill, showing my 60 yr old mum how to keep her weight over the back wheel when braking. He went arse over tit and smashed up his face, broke his nose, lost a tooth, tore his top lip up to his nose and chiped his chin! Sadly that experience ended his MTB antics.
