Message:	Good point OBM. there is a court case pending and it is actually the police who are prosecuting him. I'll let you know. We were all baffled as to how he could plead not guilty. What made it worse was him not having it on a short lead. My daughter was also wearing a denim jacket, if she hadn't I think she could have lost her arm.
