evening all as directed to here by Mike!

hiya all why is it im at work on a sunday night its dead quiet need to go out and cant get to go on my bike till thursday nice little trip form home to birmingham and back along the canals about 40 miles ( makes note to himself not to try to bunny hop the mooring mushrooms ) hurts when you hit the front brake to hard and end up eating the towpath got my first bike injury and not even on a trail
