11th & 12th you can even trash someone elses bike instead 'cos there's a demo thing going on.

Jane, Dalby red isn't especially technical, and you should be fine with the terrain, but there isn't much level ground there, always up or down - this could poss be a bit draining for a newby if you do the full length (20 odd mile).

However it's easy to break it into smaller sections, and there's always a good waymarked fire road escape route back to the start.

I'm not sure what our schedule is for the next few weeks, but if Gill could go then she knows some of short-cuts and links, could maybe ride with her. Just an idea, I haven't consulted her yet, plus we may be busy on the 12th.

There are also easier blue & green routes, but I gather they're mostly fire road - depends how you feel about fire road really ; )
