That was the mist Ben!!! during the run down Greengore on the flat out section I might as well have had my eyes shut there was SO much spray off my front wheel & then I hit the mist pockets when I came out of the trees - entertaining. Me & Gaz took the scenic route home from the pub ie over the suspension bridge. The river was very full & we rode the last 4 miles without lights. Also it was very eerie with the mist rolling off the fields under the light of the moon. Have to say one of the best night rides of the year. G PS I'm up for a change of scenery next week. Settle? Clapham? Abbey? |
