doing the wall tomorrow,leaving rhyslyn car park,Pontrhydyfen at 8am.

extremely slow but steady pace,no racing,plenty of little breaks.

have asked a few others of varying levels but wont know if they are there until they show,or not.

so if anybodys around at that time look out for a little white van with a pair of thomas the tank slippers hanging off the rear view mirror and an old skinny looking guy hanging about.

ps -  dont worry about the quilt in the back of the van as its to cover my bike,and not for use in this dogging car park.

i know alot of you are no where near this area but some of you are.
