I am a very keen Mountain Biker and have been racing now for about 16 years.
I am resident in East London, S.A. Here we don't work much. We only ride the bikes which our lovable tax man keeps buying us.
The government keeps sending new parts every two or three months. They keep telling us that we should look good on our bikes.
We cannot afford carbon toys, so its necessary to settle for titanium instead.
Our wheels are made of wood, and we have strings instead of spokes, but the government said they would replace next month with something like Cross Max SLs.
We are quite good on our bikes since th roads here consist mainly of potholes we find the riding better in the bush.
SA is a very violent place. One has to keep those DH skills up to scratch for a quick getaway!
