Yes, it may be a girly title for a biking blog but this 30 (Something) cyclist has decided it's time to get back down to my 'fighting' weight.[p]

I'm doing this the good, old fashioned way - No gyms, no strange diets, no personal trainer. Just me, a bike (or three) a lot of miles and some floor exercises. Oh. And some perfectly legal supplements as well if it seems they may help.[p][p] Stats:
Current weight: 283lbs Chest: 48" Waist: 36"
Target Weight: 180lbs Chest:46 - 48" Waist: 34"
It starts tomorrow (April 3rd) with a road ride in the morning and a healthy breakfast and coffee with a dose of creatine. I'll update daily as to my efforts / exercise / mileage and we'll see how it goes with weekly stat updates![p][p]
